Allygroup is seeking a legally trained individual, preferably with Compensation for Detriment caused by Defective Administration (CDDA) experience, to join an important federal government agency. This is a secondment opportunity, commencing immediately and concluding at the end of June 2025.
Ideal candidates will be able to work from the Canberra offices, full-time. However, off-site and part-time (3 to 4 days per week) arrangements will also be considered for the right candidate.
Candidates must be Australian citizens.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
Assisting in the preparation of briefs, templates, and other supporting materials to enable the transition of the CDDA function to program areas.
Providing advice in relation to CDDA claims, such as the immunity provisions under the Biosecurity Act 2015.
